The Pladdet debris bucket
The debris bucket is made for machines ranging from about 10 tons to 100 tons. Debris buckets are mainly used in demolition and screening works and in road construction to break up pavements. The most popular debris bucket is type DP40X1335 mm for mobile machines of around 14-15 tons.

Debris bucket construction
The Pladdet debris bucket has a low weight due to the use of strong materials and a well thought-out construction and is made of high-quality structural steel S355 and a blade of HB500 quality. The suspension is made of Hardox®. The low side walls make the debris bucket perfect for breaking up street work or foundations. Depending on the machine class, Pladdet places the bars at an optimal distance from each other.

Demolition bucket options
Teeth are often chosen for demolition work. The customer chooses the brand. This is usually Esco or Cat or Combi-wear parts. The debris bucket is available with removable bolt-on teeth or adapters with exchangeable teeth tips.

The debris bucket is also available as a ’round’ model, which makes it more suitable for some applications. Furthermore, the customer often chooses side protection and a pre-cutter or profile cutter.
