Oilquick and Pladdet quick couplers

Pladdet offers the three most commonly used and highest quality quick couplers: the CW quick coupler, the Pladdet quick coupler and the Oilquick quick coupler.

CW quick coupler
The CW quick coupler is the most widely used system in the Benelux. Every year, our customers choose this system more than a thousand times. It is available in 3 variants; hydraulic, mechanical and spindle. An extra option is a matching lifting hook with certificate, which makes the Pladdet quick coupler even more widely applicable.

Pladdet quick coupler
The Pladdet quick coupler has a low weight, a wear-resistant construction and is easy to operate by means of one central locking bolt for the mechanical version. Because the quick coupler is built very close to the bucket, there is no loss of breakout force. A matching lifting hook with certificate can be chosen as an extra option.

Oilquick quick coupler
OilQuick has been on the market since 1993 and is the absolute number 1 in the field of fully hydraulic quick couplings systems, making it the most advanced and well-developed system on the market. Available for excavators in various models for machines from 1 to 120 tons and for wheel loaders from 5 to 33 tons.

Hydraulic attachments including hoses can be connected and disconnected from the cab. The operator can switch between various attachments such as hydraulic concrete shears, scrap shears and a demolition/sorting grab in a matter of seconds. This ensures that he always has the right piece of equipment for the job in any situation and that he can work faster and more efficiently.

Safe change
OilQuick quick couplers are considered to be the safest on the market. The H-cylinder is equipped with double check valves. The wedge cylinders are continuously under the maximum machine pressure. This guarantees that the equipment is and remains safely connected. Two actions always have to be carried out before changing and a warning signal occurs during the change. After all, safety comes first!
