    Does Pladdet have parts in stock?

    Pladdet has an extensive parts warehouse and service vans. This enables our experienced mechanics to be on site quickly to expertly repair your machine or attachment.

     

    Can I order spare parts at Pladdet?

    Parts are available from Pladdet’s extensive parts warehouse. These can be picked up or ordered. Machine parts or attachments can also be repaired on site by our experienced technicians.

  • Returns

    How can I return my products?

    Purchased goods can only be returned to Pladdet with the conditions below:

    – The item is a stock item and not a special item or specially purchased item.

    – The product can be returned up to 3 months after the delivery date.

    – The return shipment is provided with our (copy) packing slip and/or our invoice.

    – The return shipment will be delivered to Pladdet carriage paid.

    – Return costs are at least €10.00 or 10% of the purchase price. The return costs amount to 10% of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), but with a minimum of €10,00.

    – The costs are of course not applicable to faulty delivery on our part or if there is an assigned warranty claim.

    – Complaints about incorrect delivery must be made within 8 days after delivery date.

     

    No return of:

    Assembled products.
    Products without article number.
    Products that are custom made.

    Does Pladdet provide maintenance and repair?

    You can have parts of machines or attachments repaired on site by our experienced mechanics.

     

    Will Pladdet overhaul my attachments?

    Our experienced mechanics overhaul all brands of attachments and equipment. Whether it’s sorting grabs, demolition hammers, pulverizers, digging buckets or quick couplers. Our mechanics overhaul every part quickly and professionally.

     

    What is the delivery time for my Pladdet product?

    For every Pladdet product that is in stock, the following applies: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. If we do not have the product in stock, the delivery time will be added to this.

    How many years of warranty is there on a Pladdet product?

    Excavator buckets: 1 year from delivery date. Attachments such as demolition sorting grabs, demolition hammers and pulverizers: 3 years warranty from delivery date. This applies to all parts with the exception of wear parts. You can download the warranty form here.

    What sponsorship policy does Pladdet have?

    Pladdet receives many sponsor requests each year. Because we want to spend our sponsorship budget in the best possible way, the following guidelines have been drawn up. Pladdet wants to show its commitment to society. This means that we support foundations that are able to help people. For example, poor or vulnerable groups in society. Pladdet does not sponsor individual initiatives, commercial organizations, study trips or parties.  We hope for your understanding.
